The food is delicious. What The Ash should work on, that if you offer discount promotions, but want to pay with a voucher, the discounts cannot be granted, which I still don't understand, as a voucher is like cash to me. Ordered food for 6pm and still waited 15 minutes. For food 4 - 5 stars Service 1 - 2 stars

The delivery went wonderfully, the food was warm and really delicious! You also like to wait a little longer. Quality just takes time. We always like to order there.

Unfortunately, some parts of the delivery were missing on our first order. After I was able to get in touch with the restaurant, however, I was offered a very friendly and generous offer as compensation! Everything was fine and the food was delicious! So I will be happy to try the delivery service again.

Great restaurant, very attractive, spacious, cool toilets, but above all delicious dishes !!!! And this is a restaurant that perfectly complies with the corona measures with plexi screens between each table, so it would be indescribably terrible if they had to close the catering industry in Belgium and the Netherlands.

We were there with two households. The service was friendly and competent. The food was very tasty. The steak was fried to perfection. But it was nothing out of the ordinary now. There is a star deduction because the prices are really steep. Especially with the side dishes. Price / performance ratio for the burger is very good. The ambience is great too. You can recommend it without hesitation.

The food was very tasty. All steaks fried to the point. 5x steaks at the table, including 3 different cooking points. Everything came at the same time and, as I said, was perfect. However, it is relatively expensive here, even if the quality is good. Each side dish is charged extra with the steak. However, it has to be said that there is plenty of choice of side dishes. The service staff is friendly. Shortcoming: there is no disabled toilet for a relatively new building. It's a shame and difficult for us. Otherwise I would be happy to recommend it Based on the answer: then perhaps the staff should not answer the answer to a handicapped accessible toilet with no. So we can definitely come again.

Nice location. Very good food, for which you like to pay a little more. Our waitress Susanna was great. All together a great evening. We'd love to come back and will recommend "The Ash".

We recommend! One of the most helpful operations that I have been able to experience so far. Competent, always nearby and able to answer every question about the map.

The price ranges from 10 to 20 eur for pasta and burgers and from 20 to 45 for Meat cuts. Steakhouse cheese was super tasty and juicy. Coctails range from 7 to 10 eur. The place is very fancy and due to corona it may be required to book in advance to secure s table as they closed the second floor.

Became incredibly bad. The quality has deteriorated extremely. Salads out of the bag do not taste fresh. Tomatoes were old and no longer crisp, the meat was very dry and not really edible. And when we were sitting there very late, we were asked to leave. Which restaurant are you asked to go to? Never seen you get kicked out 😅🤣We had a generous bill. Seriously, you should urgently work on the quality here.

I liked that very much. Top modern furnishings and great menu. Online reservations are quick and easy. Was there two days in a row - both times were served very friendly and quickly. Prices are really fair considering the quality. It's a shame that no branch has opened in my region (Stuttgart).

My burger tasted good and the portion was sufficient. The service was attentive, friendly and quick. However, I think the dessert prices are clearly excessive.

A nice restaurant, we did not make a reservation but could easily sit down ... my wife only wanted a starter and myself only a main course ... no problem, however, the starter was much more like my main course. I had opted for a rinder skewer with baked potato (say 20 euros), and for this price (3 euros cheaper than a 250gr steak) I had expected a meal ... unfortunately the potato was bigger than the skewer, I think I don't even eat 100gr of meat, 3-4 small pieces of meat with some onion ... if I had gone for the steak anyway ... in terms of price / quality so unfortunately really a disappointment, I wouldn't come back for it

Was here for the first time today with my girlfriend. Great starter. Mega spareribs. The mayor's piece medium rare 400g as a main course was perfectly grilled and delicious. The service is very friendly and courteous. We will come back for sure

We had the steak and the spare ribs. The steak was grilled to the point. The meat of the ribs could easily be peeled off the bone. Very tasty BBQ sauce with the ribs. I would order the cheese sauce for the fries every time. For dessert, the American cheesecake was awesome! This is how American cheesecake should be. Wasn't the last time we were there.

Good Bürger place in the outskirts of Aachen

Food was nice only a lot sold out unfortunately such as the French fries and curly fries. Service was ok, only they were allowed to have more interaction with the guests.

Great ambience, delicious cocktails, very good and professional service. One can argue about the prices of the side dishes and sauces. But everything was right and we had a very, very nice evening. Reservations on Saturdays are almost mandatory. There is no space between 7 and 9 p.m.

Nice, modern restaurant. The food was ordinary, nothing special. The table service was bad. Short and blunt.

What can I say... My Rib-Eye steak was cooked to perfection as were my curly fries and the coleslaw was just as good as my Dad used to make it... I had a Foodgasm for sure at the first bite! Setting was elegant, great atmosphere and friendly waitress. I definitely recommend this spot for all steak lovers ❤️

Excellent meat and, surprisingly, a great variaty of non-meat options! 😍 Cool and nicely decorated too. Excellent outdoor area, plenty of parking space.

Delicious American style hamburgers and good looking decor!

After ordering we had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food. After asking twice if they had forgotten us. The manager was very rude. We will never go there again

RECOMMENDED !! For "German standards" perhaps a little more expensive than one would expect, but definitely worth eating. Beautiful interior of the restaurant with open kitchen and a wide choice on the menu. We have been there a few times and will come back more often👌🏻

We waited one hour for our food, it took 15 minutes to get the dessert menu, so we decided to ask for the bill eventually.. Disappointment

Good food

Very good Steaks. Very good, English speaking service. A bit on the expensive side but that is justified. They have some other dishes too even this veggy burger abomination. I have not tried that so cannnot comment on its quality. Better book esp on the weekend. The only problem I had is it was very oud - I was there with a lady on a Saturday evening and the bar function was apparent hence loudness. Huge parking lot. Weather it is enough difficult to say but there is a lot parking space in vicinity too.

Interior and atmosphere is nice. Menue offers sufficient variety. The service friendly, but expandable; my food came faster then my drinks. Had burger and fries. Was very good, just the burger was impossible to eat by hand, even for a burger „expert“; maybe the stacking can be improved? Fries excellent. To pay 1€ for ketchup though (!) is unnecessary, and should really be complimentary. To have a variety of bbq sauces is missing and would really be nice for such a place. Overall I enjoyed my stay and lunch, and would come again. A nice glimpse of North American Grill & bar atmosphere, although doesn’t reach the full North American experience.

The atmosphere of this place is super, the staff was friendly. The quality of the food however was not very good. All our burgers were well-done instead of medium (without asking how we wanted them.), However, still tasteful when you're hungry. The deserts came straight out of the microwave, was steaming hot on the outside and rock hard on the inside. All and all we give the food 2 stars and the service and atmosphere 4 Next time we'll go back to the center of Aachen again... Won't name names ))

Excellent service, Excellent service..The lamb chops was exquisite, and a great portion. Ambiance was pleasant and very cordial staff for sure, their wine selection a plus with knowledge staff.
